It's a genuinely useful guarantee which you can safely rely on and which it is unlikely you will ever have to use.

Today in Spain, buyers of new properties can expect double glazing, secure doors, insulation and construction approaching UK Standards. However, bear in mind, the climate dictates the majority of materials used, don't be supprised to see hugh amounts of concrete. Which then gets coversed with plaster and tiles. Property is expensive and becoming increasingly more so but can still represent value for money when compared to that available in the UK.

It remains to be seen whether the boom in Spanish property continues, We believe that the property market will stall 2005. Prices are unlikely to change and sales will switch from new to resale properties.
